A man battles his shadow in a choreographed martial arts duel in the multimedia performance “Black & White” by Auditoire. In the first segment of the piece, the shadow character is conjured with projection mapping (a live actor appears about a minute into the performance).
“Black & White” was choreographed by Compagnie Hybride with projection mapping by Pixel n’ Pepper. The performance took place in 2015 at the Hamdan International Photography Award in Dubai.
