Man Gets Revenge on Noisy Neighbors With a System That Automatically Blasts Loud Music Back at Them

A man seeking revenge against his noisy neighbors built an Arduino system that blasts loud music back at them automatically. The system uses a microphone to detect when the neighbors play loud music and responds by triggering a CD player to blast short increments of “Who Let the Dogs Out?” by Baha Men.

The system periodically stops playing “Who Let the Dogs Out?” to listen for whether or not the neighbors have ceased playing their loud music. If they don’t stop, the system blasts them with another dose of The Baha Men. The system is a perfect example of how basic coding and electronics skills can be used for petty revenge.
