A Horn Player Summons Deer in a Japanese Park for Feeding Time

At Nara Park in Japan, some 1,200 sika deer, who are protected as natural treasures, are permitted to roam freely about the park. The deer enjoy a pampered lifestyle and are fed by visitors and park workers. When it’s feeding time, the workers summon the deer in a novel but effective way, they play a song on a horn.
