This part bed/part sleeping bag looks like a gigantic comfy version of the character Totoro from Hayao Miyazaki’s classic kid’s film, My Neighbor Totoro. It’s marketed as a kid’s product, but no one will be the wiser if you buy one for yourself. Also, there is an even bigger double version on eBay too.
