Lakeland, Tennessee father and AdvoCare health coach Michael Stansbury captured footage of him and his cute daughter Lilly Ann having an adorable workout session together on the floor. Thoughout the workout, Michael follows his little girl’s lead as she raises her arms, lets out a few baby grunts, and then “planks out.” The cuteness level escalates even further when Micheal tells Lilly Ann that he loves her and she then reaches over to touch him on the shoulder.
