   Don’t forget the ascot. It definitely looks like Scooby with a fashion make-over.

   the ascot is a clever animation cost savig technique.
   thats why all the Hanna Barbera shtuff has neck thangs
   so they only have to animate the head in many shots.
   nearly all have a tie, ascot, necklace, or somesuch!
