		<description>Along with the Bring Your Own Big Wheel race, this might be the last year for How Weird. The city has been shaking down the producer and wants its ten grand up front, which is difficult considering it gets most of its money from donations at the gate on the day of the event. 

2009 might go down as the year that the city killed the fun in SF.</description>
